Prepared for Dr. Veronica Nice

I spent hours looking at Nice Touch the way you'd look at a new patient.

Here's what I found, what I'd do about it, and how we could bring more new patients through your door every month, working on it together.

01History

Thirty years of patients didn't happen by accident.

You'd start with the history, so I did too. Nothing on this list needs fixing. It's the reason this is worth doing, and I'm not here to touch any of it.

Dr. Veronica Nice
Dr. Veronica Nice, DC
  • 30years in Laguna Beach
  • 4.8star rating on Google and Birdeye
  • 7 pmclosing time three days a week, plus Saturdays
  • Webster certified, with a pregnancy table
  • Massage therapy in the same office
  • Walk-ins welcome
  • Rooted in town: Rotary, the Chamber, the Woman's Club
  • Takes most insurance, Medicare and VA
  • A name nobody forgets

02The exam

Nine things I found from the outside.

I went through your site, your listings, your social pages, Meta's ad library and the other offices in town. All of this is public, and I could only see it from the outside, so tell me where I've got it wrong.

ANobody new is being shown Nice Touch

1

You've never run an ad

What I saw
Meta's public ad library shows zero ads for your page, active or past.
What it costs you
People who've never heard of you have no way to run into you. Everyone who walks in already knew to look.
The fix
Ads on Facebook and Instagram, shown to people who live close to the office.
2

You're not on Instagram

What I saw
I couldn't find an account. Your Facebook page has about 495 followers. The other established office in town has Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
What it costs you
Before someone books, they look you up. Right now they find very little of you.
The fix
I set up Instagram and keep both pages fed with what we film.
3

Only two real photos exist

What I saw
Your headshot and the blue sign. The other images on your site look like stock.
What it costs you
You're the reason people stay for years, and a stranger can't see that from a stock photo of a golfer.
The fix
I film you and the office on site, so every ad shows the real place.

BPeople who find you have no easy reason to pick you

4

There's no first visit offer

What I saw
Your site doesn't say what a first visit costs. Health In Balance puts a $67 first visit at the top of every page.
What it costs you
A stranger has to call and ask. Most people won't. They'll take the office with the clear answer.
The fix
One simple first visit offer. You pick the price and what's in it.
5

Great rating, fewer reviews

What I saw
On Birdeye you're at 4.8 from 57 reviews. Health In Balance is at 5.0 from 345. Google shows you at 4.8 from 38.
What it costs you
Your quality is close. The volume is six times lower, and people read that as a sign of how long an office has been around, and you've been here for thirty years.
The fix
A short, simple ask after good visits, so reviews keep coming in.
6

Your site tells an old story

What I saw
It says "nearly a decade" and "the past twenty years." It mentions four massage therapists. The "Let's Talk" pop-up shows a photo that doesn't look like you.
What it costs you
It undersells you. Some of the wording ("pain free", "research has proven") also wouldn't pass Meta's ad review, so ads can't point there.
The fix
Ads go to a new patient page built for them. The site fixes are in the free list at the end.

CPeople who pick you can't easily book, and nobody can measure it

7

Booking only works when someone picks up

What I saw
It's a phone call or a contact form. You're open 37 of the 168 hours in a week.
What it costs you
People decide at 9 pm on the couch. If nothing happens right then, most of them move on by morning.
The fix
A short form that sends an instant text, then your office follows up the next time it's open.
8

Your hours don't match online

What I saw
Your site says Saturday until 3. Google says 2. Birdeye has shown you opening at 8.
What it costs you
It's small, but a person who drives over to a closed door doesn't come back.
The fix
We pick the right hours and fix them everywhere in one sitting.
9

Nobody can see what's happening

What I saw
The Google Analytics tag on your site is the old kind Google switched off in July 2023. There's no Meta tracking on it either.
What it costs you
As far as I can tell, nobody can say how many people visited last month or what they did.
The fix
Simple tracking from day one, set up within Meta's health rules, reported to you every week.

They're ahead on being found. You're ahead on being available. Being found is the part we can change quickly. A search of Meta's ad library for "chiropractic Laguna Beach" also came back with no active ads, so the feed may be wide open. Checked November 2026.

03Diagnosis

You don't have a care problem. You have a "not enough new people have heard of you" problem.

Every patient you've ever had went through the same four steps. You're excellent at the last one, and it's the hardest one to do. The first three have been left to chance, because for thirty years word of mouth did them for you.

  1. Seen

Someone new finds out you exist.

    Weak today
  2. Chosen

They pick you over the other offices.

    Weak today
  3. Booked

They get on your schedule, and show up.

    Leaking
  4. Stays

They trust you for years and tell their friends.

    Your strength

The bars are my read of what I found, not a measurement. Finding nine is why: right now, nobody can measure it.

What I can't see from the outside

Referrals are the best patients there are, but you can't turn them up when you want more. And as long-time patients retire or move, someone has to replace them. I'd like your honest read on that. These answers change the plan, so I'd rather hear them from you than guess.

  1. How many new patients do you see in a normal month?
  2. How many of them come from referrals?
  3. How many more could you comfortably take?
  4. Roughly how many of your long-time patients have retired, moved or stopped coming?
  5. What does a typical patient pay per visit, after insurance?
  6. How many visits does a new patient usually need at the start?
  7. Who answers the phone when you're with a patient?
  8. Which patients do you most want more of?

04The plan

The first ninety days.

Small and steady on purpose. You keep doing what you do. Everything else on this page is my job to get moving.

  1. Week 1

    Set up

Your ad account goes in your name, and I set up tracking, the new patient page and the follow-up texts. We agree on the offer and how many new patients you want a month.

  2. Week 1 or 2

    Filming

I come to you for a couple of hours, around your patients. You're closed Thursdays, so that may be the easy day.

  3. Weeks 2 to 4

    Launch

Three ads go live on a small budget, once you've approved each one. These weeks are for learning, and I won't pretend otherwise.

  4. Weeks 5 to 8

    Keep what works

We drop what isn't working, put the money behind the ads that work, and fix the weakest step. New footage goes in.

  5. Weeks 9 to 12

    Grow on purpose

We add the pregnancy care campaign. Then we sit down with ninety days of real numbers and decide what comes next.

Then a re-exam, every single week

You don't adjust someone once and never check again, and ads work the same way. Each week I read the numbers, find the weakest step and fix that one thing. This is how we'd find problems from here on, before they cost you anything.

What we seeWhat it usually meansWhat we do
People see the ad and keep scrollingThe first two seconds aren't workingNew opening, new video
People tap but don't fill out the formThe page or the offer isn't clear enoughWe change the page or rethink the offer together
Forms come in but few people bookThe call back is too slow or the script is offFaster follow-up, better texts, a look at the call script

People come once and don't continueThey may be the wrong fit for the practiceWe change who we reach and what the ad promises. Your care stays yours.
Your schedule is getting fullIt's workingWe turn the spending down or pause it. You decide.

05The ads

Six ads only Nice Touch could run.

Each one comes from something real about you and answers one of the problems above. We start with three, see which one brings in patients, and put the money there.

The blue sign

Finding 1. Nobody new is being shown Nice Touch.

Plenty of people in Laguna have driven past your sign for years and never gone in. This turns something people already half know into a reason to walk in. Nobody else in town can run this ad.

The video

  1. You open on the sign, from the street.
  2. "If you live in Laguna, you've probably driven past this sign."
  3. "I'm Dr. Nice. I've been taking care of people here since 1996."
  4. "If you've been meaning to come in, a first visit is $49. Tap below."

Headline options

  • The blue sign on Coast Highway
  • Laguna Beach chiropractor since 1996
  • You've driven past. Come say hi.

Finding 3. Strangers can't see you.

Your name is the best hook in Orange County and you've never used it in an ad. It gets a smile in the first two seconds, and that's what stops the scroll. Then you're a person they like before you've said anything about chiropractic.

The video

  1. You, straight to camera, in the office.
  2. "Yes, Dr. Nice is my real name. I get asked a lot."
  3. "I've spent thirty years in Laguna Beach listening to people first and adjusting second."
  4. "Massage is in the same office, and we're open until 7."

What happens at a first visit

Finding 4. There's no first visit offer.

New patients are nervous about what they don't know. Walking them through it step by step takes that away, and it makes the offer feel simple. This is the ad that asks for the booking.

The video

  1. Short clips of the office, step by step.
  2. "Here's what happens at your first visit with me."
  3. "We sit down and talk. Then a full exam."

Care during pregnancy

What sets you apart, which your site barely shows.

You're Webster certified, you have a pregnancy table and you have therapists trained in pregnancy massage. That's a specific reason to pick you and a separate group of people to reach. It gets its own campaign in month three.

The video

  1. The pregnancy table, then you explaining it.
  2. "This table was made for one thing."
  3. "I'm certified in the Webster Technique, and our therapists do pregnancy massage."
  4. "If you'd like to know more, tap below and we'll call you."

A real review, read out loud

Finding 5. Fewer reviews than you deserve.

Strangers believe patients more than they believe you or me. This puts your best reviews in front of people who'd never have scrolled through Google. We only use reviews you and the patient are happy with.

The video

  1. A patient's words on screen, you reading them.
  2. "I don't usually do this, but this one made my day."
  3. Read the review, as written.
  4. "Thank you, Drew. If you're looking for a chiropractor in Laguna, come meet us."

Headline options

  • What patients say about Dr. Nice
  • 4.8 stars in Laguna Beach
  • Thirty years of patients
  • A Laguna Beach office people stay with

These are mock-ups. The real ads use what we film at your office. Every ad talks about your care in general and never about a viewer's health, which is how they get through Meta's ad review. We'd only use a review with permission, and you approve every word.

Who sees them

People who live nearby: Laguna Beach, South Laguna, Laguna Niguel, Aliso Viejo and Dana Point. We target by where people live, because that's what matters for a local office.

Where they land

A short form inside Facebook or Instagram, or the new patient page. Either way, they get a text right away and your office gets their details.

The offer is your call

We can start with a $49 New Patient Visit: consultation, exam, plan and first adjustment. Or $79 with a 20-minute massage. You decide the price, and you can change it.

Offer for new patients paying out of pocket. Not valid for Medicare, Medicaid or other federal insurance patients.

06The math

One new patient doesn't pay you once.

You know this better than I do. Every long-time patient in your office started with one first visit. Someone who comes in today can still be here in ten years, and that's why new patients turn into residual income. Each month's new patients stack on top of the last month's, and the ones who stay keep paying long after the ad that found them has stopped running.

Put in your real numbers. Everything below starts as my guess.

More assumptions
Plan
0new patients a month
0who start care each month would cover the whole cost
0patients on monthly care by month 18

Money coming in from these new patients

Patients in their first 3 monthsPatients who stayed (the residual part)What you pay each month

See the numbers

This is math, not a promise. Starting numbers are my estimates from what chiropractic offices report on Facebook and Instagram, with cost per request set at the high end. They aren't your results. Income here means money coming in, before your own costs. The model loses 3% of monthly patients each month and assumes one visit a month for patients who stay. It doesn't count referrals, family members or massage.

07What I do

What I do, so you don't have to think about it.

1

Film your clinic

I come to the office and film you, the team and the space. I edit it into short videos for your ads and your pages. You show up as yourself. Everything else is on me.

2

Run your Meta ads

I write, build and manage your Facebook and Instagram ads, check on them through the week and move money toward what's working. You approve everything before it runs.

3

Report to you every week

Every single week you get a plain report: what we spent, how many people asked, how many booked, what each new patient cost and what I'm changing.

This is what lands in your inbox

One page you can read between patients. If you've ever paid a marketing company and couldn't tell what you got for it, this is what makes the difference. You'll always know how many patients came from the money you spent.

Sample only. These numbers are made up.

08Two ways

Two ways to do this.

Ads

$500a month

If you've got photos and video you're happy with, or want to start simple.

  • Facebook and Instagram ads, built and managed
  • New patient page and lead form
  • Follow-up texts and reminders written for you
  • Tracking set up
  • A report every single week

What I'd recommend

Ads + content

$750a month

Everything in Ads, and I film your clinic myself.

  • Everything in the Ads plan
  • I come to the office and film once a month
  • Short videos edited for your ads
  • Three posts a week on Facebook and Instagram
  • Instagram set up for you

Why I'd pick the second one: you have two real photos, and your ads depend on people seeing you. For $250 more, the ads get real footage and your pages come to life, so people who look you up find an office that's clearly open and busy.

Your ad budget is separate

It goes straight from your card to Meta, never through me. You choose the amount and you can change it any time. I'd start around $30 a day, about $900 a month, and we'd adjust from there.

09Together

You wouldn't be hiring a vendor. We'd be building this together.

You know your patients and I know the ads, and neither of us gets this right alone. You'll deal with me directly, the same person who films, runs the ads and writes your report.

You

  • Take care of the patients
  • Tell me who you want more of
  • Get back to new requests quickly
  • Be on camera now and then

We decide together

  • The offer and the price
  • How many new patients you want
  • The monthly ad budget
  • What to change each week

Me

  • Filming and editing
  • Writing and running the ads
  • The numbers and the weekly report
  • Finding what's broken and fixing it
  • The ad account is yours.
  • Nothing runs until you've seen it.
  • You can text me directly.
  • When your schedule's full, we pause.

Fair questions

Referrals have carried me for thirty years. Why change?

You shouldn't change that, and I wouldn't touch it. Referrals are the best patients you'll ever get. They're also the one thing you can't turn up when you want more. Ads sit alongside them, and new patients who love you end up sending referrals too.

I don't love being on camera.

Most doctors don't. I'll write short lines with you, and we'll do as many takes as you like. You talk to your patients all day, and that's all we're filming. You see everything first, and anything you don't like doesn't get used.

Doesn't $49 feel cheap for Laguna?

It might. That's why it's your decision. Another option is $79 with a 20-minute massage, which only you can offer. We'll pick what feels right for your practice.

I take insurance. Does a first visit offer cause problems?

It needs care. The offer is for new patients paying out of pocket, and it isn't valid for Medicare, Medicaid or other federal insurance patients. You approve the exact wording, and we check California's advertising rules before anything runs.

What if I get more patients than I can handle?

Then we turn it down. You set your number, and when you hit it we pause. You won't be paying Meta to fill spots you don't have.

What if it doesn't work?

You'll know quickly, because you'll see the numbers every week. I can't promise a result, and nobody honest can. What I can promise is that we'll see exactly what's happening, and we'll decide what to do next together.

10Next steps

Four things to do this week, whether we work together or not.

These are free and they're yours. They'd help even if you never ran a single ad.

  • Pick your real Saturday hours

Then match them on your site, Google, Yelp and Birdeye.

  • Change the "Let's Talk" photo

    Your own headshot belongs there.

  • Update your About page

"Nearly a decade" should say thirty years. Check the massage therapist count too.

  • Ask five happy patients for a Google review

Ask in person, this week. No gifts or discounts for reviews, a plain ask is all it takes.

Valley Marketing USA

If this feels right, here's how we start.

  1. Pick a plan. We can do it right here.
  2. Pick your offer and your number. The price, and how many new patients you'd like each month.
  3. Pick a filming day. I'll take it from there, and you'll see the first ads before anything goes live.
